Intellectual Property #

The following processes are in progress:

  • UK patent application
  • Patent Charter Treaty (PCT) international patent application

Licensing #

The SkyScroll IP will be made available on dual licenses.

Non-Commercial License #

The non-commercial license will be available at no cost to entities or projects that are completely non-commercial.

Eligible entities include government funded-initiatives and research projects, or NGOs.

Commercial License #

All other entities will be able to license the SkyScroll IP on commercial terms.
